• Image formation, artifacts, machine settings (knobology), safety protocols - Pathology & Medical Terminology (Introductory)
• Common pathological conditions seen in ultrasound
• Medical vocabulary, abbreviations, report-writing foundations
2. Diagnostic Applications
- Abdominal & Pelvic Ultrasound
Liver, gallbladder, kidneys, spleen, gastrointestinal tract, reproductive organs - Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) Ultrasound
Fetal growth, measurements, pathologies, placenta, amniotic fluid, uterine imaging - Small Parts & Musculoskeletal (MSK) Imaging
Thyroid, scrotum, breast, joints, tendons, sports injuries - Vascular & Doppler Ultrasound
Blood flow assessment, arterial/venous scans (e.g., DVT, carotid studies), Doppler techniques
3. Patient Care, Ethics & Safety
- Ensuring patient positioning, communication, consent, infection control
- Ethical responsibilities and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCPNDT Act in India)
4. Clinical Training & Hands-On Practice
- Live Scanning Sessions
With real patients under supervision—covering OB/GYN, abdominal, small parts, vascular scans - Case Studies, Reporting & Feedback
Developing interpretation skills and professional reporting - Advanced Technique Exposure (if applicable)

5. Assessment & Evaluation
